Her boss called my boss. My boss was like "WTF!?!?!? We told you it was gone as of Christmas!" (my words, not his; he is diplomatic). Also, the one semi-technical user on the email responded and said "We've placed them on the site you made for us. Don't listen to the other lady, she doesn't know what the heck is going on." (my words, not hers).
