Honestly, go see a doctor. If they are clueless, ask for a referral to a rheumatologist. Joint pain can be a serious indicator of a problem, especially if the pain is mirrored (appears on both sides of the body at once). Lyme's disease, rheumatoid arthritis or other issues may show in blood tests.

I got that when I was pregnant, it turned out to be calcium deficiency from the baby. Taking calcium helped.

That's horrible advice even on a forum because alcohol and drugs can be absorbed through your ass. I laughed when I saw one quack doctor on TV telling his patients to have a coffee enema. The caffeine is absorbed into the ass, the patient gets high from the caffeine, and they think he's the best doctor ever because they actually feel better


As for the OP, does the feeling ever feel better? My joints get really stiff when cold, but they loosen up as soon as I get in a tub of hot water. If the pain doesn't go away then you should see a doctor. Seriously.
