ATOT make the call for me... pizza is overcooked

ordered my pizza from pizza hut, regular crust, however it just arrived and is deffinately overcooked. it tastes worse than dominos. the crust is burnt.

should i call them back and get a new one for free because it tastes like crap?

dude... name the better spot. Dominos is no good. Papa Johns is sad. the local joints i know of are sh1tty pizza hut is by far one of the better choices. atleast back home and when i ate at this specific pizza place it tasted damn good compared to the others.
