ATOT Hosting Recommendations?

I want to set up a wiki on this site, so it'll have to support the wiki.
I plan to spend less than $5/mo if possible. I'm fine with pretty much any bare minimum bandwidth package out there, given that 100GB/mo is easily obtainable for under $5/mo.
Any suggestions?

I don't think OP means an ATOT wiki. Rather, a wiki on the site which they're soliciting recommendations on, from ATOT.
