Sorry to hear that. I thought I felt like sh!t after 2 years with someone. 4 years must bemore than twice as bad for you. If it's any consolation, time can and will heal all wounds, you just have to let it do it's work. For me, it's been quite a few months, and I'm pretty much fully recovered.
