Mag Lite is emachine to computer biz.

Sorry but on a different forum those guys would probably say the same about computers.

Then again you get what you pay for. Mag has only one product that stands out and that is the Mag Charger but it has been succeeded many years ago by competiton.

Both are great flashlights. I have 3 Inovas(X1,X5, X0) and 1 SureFire(E20-HA Outdoorsman).

Hard to go wrong with either as a "glovebox" emergency light although personally I would take the Surefire. ;)

That is what I have. E2E size with an 5W LED
Fits in your pocket and has a better light than a 6 D cell Mag

I bought the L1.

$125 but it has a low and high beam mode so you can use while reading or whatever. Perfect and decently cheap. Also has the lux 3 led.

How does that compare to the L4?

It's all about having cool gadgets. :D Some day you will look beyond having the fastest videocard and see that you can spend your money on so many different things!

Just get a Pelican M6. Xenon bulb, lithium powered (2 x CR123), lifetime warranty, light output in between the two Surefire optional bulbs, and half the price of the E2E. Great light, IMO.

EDIT: Oh, yeah, and much, much brighter than a 3 watt Luxeon Star LED.

More than one out there. There are forums, too.

Yes and unlike a computer peripheral that is worthless in a few years (or months if you're a real junkie) the lights will last a lifetime.
