Voted. Man reading those stories kinda bum you out and make you realize how fortunate you really are.

Yeah but a lot of them are the peoples fault.

Lou (the first one) doesn't say WHY she needs a "bailout"....

Gail (the 3rd one) is the only other one that should even have a chance at winning, because of her medical expenses.

Jennifer has "debt up to her eyeballs" makes me want her to have to deal with the decisions she made (unless there is a good reason she is in so much debt, which she doesn't list one). She lives 800 miles away from nearest family, well then why did you move there in the first place? She wants to give her DOGS (!?!?!??!?! Fuckin seriously?) a "feast" for xmas? She puts her DOGS before her GRANDMA as a reason to give her a xmas "bailout".... Yeah.... You can put your damn dogs (who are most likely suffering) to sleep, and use that money to save up and go visit your damn family.

Sarah sounds like an idiot. She has a $1000/mo mortgage (which why would you have a mortgage of over 50% of your take home income I don't know, unless it's from a divorce which why the house wasn't sold I don't know), student loans (which are required basically for college, but the payments are 1/4 of her income and she owns a home?), and owning a home with a mortgage means she has insurance on the property so she could get her camera replaced through that insurance (yes there would be out of pocket expenses for this, but if it helps her make money she needs to do it). At least she says she doesn't expect to get anything which puts her ahead of the retard Jennifer.....

So OP I did vote for ya :p....

Thanks DV and others. I think the Lou submission, from the way it sounds is from a friend who wants to reward this kind, giving and selfless person. EDIT: Just noticed "With a daughter with spina bifida and a husband with heart issues"

As I said any vote is a good vote, but one for Amber is extra special.

And sorry, no pics. I don't even know Amber, never met her. Just doing a nice thing for her through a mutual friend.

I actually voted twice, because I went back to re-read that one and figured what the hell lets vote again :p

I'll give Lou an acceptable vote, but still think the friend should have said *why* she needs it in addition to explaining how helpful she is. That's just me though.
