Dear colleagues,
As many of you know, my mother had 2 strokes last March. You may also know that I spent some time in California where my mother lived alone so that I could support & care for her while she was in the rehabilitation hospital and when she first came home. Since then, she has come a long way in her recovery and most of that is because of the support she has received from her fiancé, Richard.
They met on eHarmony and have been selected as one of the top 50 Most Inspirational eHarmony Couple of 2008. Richard was laid off 2 weeks before Christmas and of course my mother is on a very fixed income due to her disability so paying for the wedding, which they have trimmed down, will be a tough task, let alone being able to take a honeymoon.
I?m asking my network of peers, friends and family to help me win her the honeymoon she & Richard deserve.
My mother has been my guiding light, mentor and friend all my life. She sacrificed so much of herself and her life for my two sisters and I as she raised us by herself. I feel that this is among the very least that I could do to honor the hard work she has done and the sacrifices she has made. Richard deserves this too. He saved my mother from dying alone, far from her family, and he has been her strength when she?s been weak, spiritually, emotionally and physically. I could never repay him for that, but I can at least help?
You can read his testimonial here: http://advice.eharmony.com/art...aurie-and-richard.html

Feel free to pass this to anyone from a non-corporate email address if you?d like to help further.
Thank you all for your help.
Sincerely,
Ken
