make sure they are aware!! if they spend all 50k, i believe they will have to pay ~35% income tax, making the wedding still cost them 17.5k!!

thats a good point. it's a very good deal, but they should be aware that the wedding isnt gonna be free

hmmmm is the site just gonna write them a $50k check? I htought the site would pay for all the services (ie, catering, reception, wedding dress, etc)

For tax purposes, it doesn't matter if it's a check or services, it's taxable. That said, depending on their individual tax situation, it could be something much less than 35%.

They just need a little more help! If you right click on the voting page, then click "play" you can vote again right away and its much faster.

If everyone did it this way and took 60 seconds to vote 20 or 30 times, they would definately start increasing again!

Hey guys,

I usually don't do this because I hate when people promote contests, BUT my cousin just got into the top 4 out of thousands of entrants for Cincinatti's WKRQ radio contest. They are giving the winner a $50,000 wedding. Its kind of a big deal because these two have been through some crazy times (near death experiences) as you can read about on the website. Their names are Dustin and Allyse.

So I thought the great community could help out if you wanted.

Please visit WKRQ or
Alternate Link
and click the vote button. Once again thier names are Dustin and Allyse(Allyse is my cousin)

Just to give you an idea. The last round of voting, they had over 1,000,000 votes. For this round, about every 100,000 votes is 1% and they are currently down by 3% or so!

So thanks to all that vote!!!
