Just lager. I plan on trying to make Ale after this one is done. I need to find a colder place to put the carboy before I do that though.

Don't lagers have be stored at like 34 degrees for a month? Do you have your own lagering fridge?

I have a fridge that happens to have lager in it yes, and yes, ideally, even 2 months is good.

I've only been brewing beer for a couple months, wine for much longer.

yeah I had high hopes for the Kirkland beer too. Brown ale was good, the rest subpar. I am no beer snob, though. Just finishing CL #3 now....done.

Well we just stocked up for the Super Bowl, so I've had a few Newcastles, 2 Wachusett Blueberry Ales, 2 Hoegaardens, among other things. Delicious!

At one point when I was sober, washing my sheets and putting them back on my bed when I got home was a good idea. Now it's definitely a terrible idea.

I remember when I got back to school one weekend I started drinking but it got late and I had to put my bed back together. So I tried to put the mattress cover and the fitted sheet and neither one would go on. I thought I had the wrong one (too small) and it seemed so hard to do. So I just passed out without it.

The next day I put them on and it was trivial (obviously). Who would've thought it'd be so hard to do that after some drinks? I think I tried doing the same exact thing a year or two later and failed again.
