Isn't caffeine not real good for you?

Caffeine is a stimulant just like meth and with similar effects, but caffeine is socially acceptable. Large doses of it will get you extremely tweaked but not in a pleasant way. Apparently 2/3 of the world's population use caffeine every day, and many also use alcahol and cigarettes. This means a significant portion of people use three addictive drugs every day and they are considered completely clean...

With caffeine atleast, I think they are considered clean because most don't use caffeine in an attempt to get a high. Most caffeine 'users' get it through coffee, tea, or soda. While some people may use caffeine to get a buzz, most people just end up using caffeine when they go to get a drink.

This does not change it's status as a 'real' drug, you definately _do_ feel an effect from drinking coffee even if it's mild. Do you 'need' your coffee to get up in the morning? Addicted much?...

Bah, I forgot sh!t was a censored word, so I just lost my post. Anyways, the jist was, I don't need my coffee, but I chose to drink it. I didn't have any this morning, and I'm definately not addicted. In fact, I'm going on vacation for the next week and won't drink any in the morning for that duration. I guess I do 'feel an effect' from coffee, but most of the time it just makes me have to take a sh!t in the morning. I don't crave that feeling.

I'm clean, except for the occasional beer/mixed drink and coffee.

Was a hardcore pot smoker. Quit again recently. This time for good.

Not good for the relationship, which I've come to realize is the most important thing to me.

i have a drink from time to time, dont like to get drunk but i dont mind a buzz now and again.

i smoked weed a few times after my ex left me, couldnt relax, so i had a total of maybe 4 or 5 joints over a couple of weeks so i could calm down and get some sleep. that was 3 months ago, havent touched it since.
