i've tried this game. http://store.steampowered.com/app/262060/ twelve bucks / 9 quid on steam right now.

man, this game laughs at FTL for randomness and difficulty. you basically enter dungeon, 2-D, do encounters, and then leave dungeon. at which point you will be crying from all the curses, poisons, diseases, negative psychological traits, and stress (which can 1hk your toons) you have accumulated during that run.

i'll try a bit more, but it looks like it's gonna get uninstalled soon.

Wait. What's the backstory on Jstorm? What was he touching that was sticky? Was it a stick? Cause I've told that joke before but it's, "What's brown and sticky?" Does Jstorm tie in with the village idiot or, perhaps, the stick and string? This is all very confusing and I certainly hope for a satisfying character arc.
