I have a bunch of sirloin minced beef, eggs, breadcrumbs and some other seasoning mixed well now :D

How should I cook them after I shape them into meatballs? Should I bake, boil, fry..?

omfg just great. so i baked the meatballs in one of those big pans with metal handles. after getting them out of the oven and setting it on the kitchen counter, i absent mindedly grabbed the handle of that pan that just came out of 400F of bake-age. i swear i heard my palm sizzling :( so my mind just went omgpain and immediately put my hand under cold running water.

:(

i think i'm just gonna get myself baked right now :frown: i'll handle these blood thirsty meatballs after teh munchies hit :|

Brown lightly so they don't crumble. Then let them cook in whatever sauce you're making.

So... how was the meatball situation handled? I agree with Aquaman, on top of spaghetti, covered in cheese, is the *only* way to go.

Or at least that's my story tonight.

:D

this is what i do, but i usually make mine at the same time im making tomato sauce. so i brown the meatballs in olive oil, and let them finish in the simmering sauce while i cook the pasta for the night.

Isn't this a kids' song?

"On top of spaghetti
All covered with cheese
I lost my poor meatball
When somebody sneezed.

It rolled off the table
And onto the floor
And then my poor meatball
Rolled out of the door."

The song keeps going, but this is all I remember. I can't tell you what I did last Tuesday, but some shrivelled-up memory cell was able to recall this song. :)
