ATOT Adopt A Newbie Program

PAB has come up with an excellent idea about an "adopt a newbie program". The idea is when we see a newbie in the forums, to take them under our wing and show them the ropes of ATOT. Explain to them the concepts of neffing, thread crapping, and other important things.

Hopefully he'll pop in here soon and explain it better.
