Just got mine back after taking it a second time and I got a 32, yay.

Just curious what everyone got. Post your SAT also, if you've taken it

Edit: got 27 last year in 10th grade.

28 back when i took it in 10th grade. Never took it for college admissions though, just school had us all do it in 10th.

SAT I got like 600 math and 770 reading.

34 on my ACT...I forget the component scores. I only took the SAT in 8th grade for S&Gs, I think I got like 1080 or something.

IIRC, 29 out of 36 (is it still out of 36?)

Never took the SAT because the in-state schools just wanted the ACT.

I took the SAT but not the ACT. There was a perception back then that the "good" schools looked at SAT and the "rest" looked at ACT. The perception was probably hogwash.

Yep 36. I killed the science section, 35, which is surprising.

why is that surprising? if you know how to use basic charts, graphs, and you can skim the reading sections of the science portion for the most part and manage to get everything.

hell the science section felt like the easiest section as long as you actually had a high school level science class.

32 composite the first and only time I took it, about 4 weeks prior to admissions because it was required for the college I decided to go to. No prep, no study time.

I got an 1180 on the SATs the first and only time I took it because I didn't give a fuck. (~20 years ago)

It's entirely regional in my experience. It seems like most schools these days will accept either, though.

29. Should have done better, but I knew the acceptance guidelines to the college I was going to, and with my class rank I was well within the margins. No retake of the ACT's.

The guidelines I was always told was universities on the coasts looked at the SATs more heavily while the universities in the middle of the country looked at the ACTs. I went for engineering at the University of Illinois, no slouch of a school, and they wanted the ACT scores (hence I never took the SAT).

I'm an old foagie and took the SAT back in 1994, when it was two sections and scored out of 1600. I got a 1470 if recollection serves.

I took the LSAT in 2003 and rocked it. 173 out of 180. Easiest standardized exam I have ever taken.

Never took it. I took a similar test back in the old country. I got the best score in my whole school and my name was printed in the local newspaper along with the top students from other schools.
