How do I get ATITool to monitor my VPU temp without OCing?

Settings>Pick Temperature monitoring from the drop down list at the very top.

Also it says at the top "Default 475/450" but the two bars show 472.50/445.50. Which speeds is the card running at when ATITool is open?

472.50/445.50 is what your card is running at, the 475/450 is the default "profile", if you don't change it it will run at stock (what it is actually reading) My clocks haven't moved, I'm using ATITOOL just for temp monitoring at this point.

In ATITool, go into Settings>Startup and tell it to launch your new overclocked profile every time in starts. You can also set it to load your profile and exit every time you start up your comp - very handy!
