The new FireGL V7600.
320 shader units,
256 bit memory interface
150 watt (?) maximum power consumption (8 pin power adapter)

It looks like a 256 bit HD2900XT with lower clocks.

Well a workstation card is quite different to desktop cards so Id expect the final product to be a bit different to this. According to Vr-zone the 2900pro is rumored to be 55nm with dx10.1 SM 4.1 and Display port compliant which the V7600 doesn't appear to be. I'd put money on the 256bit memory though

Actually, hardware wise they're the same as consumer products. The difference is in the drivers.
