Just noticed these processes and was curious what they were, there is not much information available online as far as I can find.

atiesrxx.exe
and atieclxx.exe

 
The files atiesrxx.exe and atieclxx.exe are both associated with the AMD External Events Service Module, which is part of the ATI display driver package.
