ATI Theater 550 Pro Problem

So I installed this card into both my X1 slot and my X8 slot to no avail

Windows XP Pro detects the card, but then comes up with Code 10 (device cannot start) error.

I need thing card to work!

Any ideas?
 
Maybe contact ATI and see if this card is even compatible with this mobo. If so it's either your motherboard or the card it's self. You could also talk to the mobo manufacturer and see if they have seen this issue before.
 
LOL, well that sucks. To me it sounds like most likely the video card is physically broken d since you just installed windows and it's not starting. Do you have any other video card you can just use to test in those slots to see if they are working properly?
