There are two versions. One is the regular 32DDR(costs around 150$) and the other one is the LE version(below 90$ and hyper-z is disabled initially).
I own the LE (cheaper one) version and I am really really happy with it. Although I still own a P-II 350, I can manage to run games at 1024x768x32 flawlessly, since the fill-rate is not an issue and my system bottleneck is the CPU.
If you are tight on budget, I strongly recommend this one. First of all, you will get a 32 Meg DDR board at 90$, second of all, you can hack registry such that it will become a regular 32DDR Radeon.
Both 3d and 2d rendering quality is said to be better than geforce/geforce2 series. But if you have lotsa money to spend, I will recommend you either GTS2 or Radeon 64DDR with VIVO (this one has video input and video output as well).
