Great card, highly recommended for those who opt to go with Radeon. It served my needs well for almost a year w/o a hitch. Sorry to see it go 🙁 Well it's now my spare.

I have one of these, too, and I've enjoyed it. But wouldn't the 7800GT be quite a bit better for $30 more?

Speaking from personal experience, yeah you may gain roughly 30% increased in performance, YMMV. I needed a dual dvi outs and the X800XL which I replaced didn't have that besides I got a great deal on the 7800 gt so went the upgrade. However not everyone likes GeForce cards so this is a good card for the $$$ for now.

For PCI-E I don't see how you couldn't go with a 7800 GT for $280 (like the XFX 7800 GT for $280 after a rebate at NewEgg). I guess ATI is counting on people who aren't price conscious to purchase these.
