Does anybody know how to set this up for better than 640x480 16 colors? ATI apparently doesn't have a driver, and all the other included driver options in Win 3.1 fail. If you are wondering why I am even asking such a stupid question, I have an old commercial scanner I use sometimes that will only work under 3.1, and its difficult to see what I am doing at such a low resolution and color depth. I was wondering if any one knew of a workaround.

Is this a completely seperate computer? Or are you duel booting or something?

If its a seperate computer wif only win 3.1 on it, its better *cough* to get yourself a nice el'cheapo 1 mb pci card that you can find lying on the street and use that instead.. should have win3.1 drivers with it..

If you're planning to like boot into 3.1 from your main comp, so that the above is not really an option, i've heard of some program that allows you to emulate like a Soundblaster 16, S3 Virge and Pentium processor that runs in a windows.. VMware or something? Or was that a linux product.. i dunno..

This is a multiboot computer. Win 3.1 will do any resolution with the correct driver. Resolutions have nothing to do with the OS per se. It has generic drivers for much higher resolutions but they have never been updated. I thought perhaps someone had done one on their own initiative.
