ATI Radeon HD4890 64-bit drivers

Dear ALL,

I have just reformatted my PC into using 64 Bit Windows 7 Ultimate
and I struggled to find the appropriate drivers for this OS

And since ATI no longer support HD series VGA cards

Where is a reliable source that I can download it?
My current default CD is really old, where it only offers XP/XP64
or Windows Vista, in which the OS doesn't recognize as a valid driver

I recommend using drivers 12.4, my brother owns an HD4850 that's been nothing but trouble with anything more recent than these drivers.
