You know, I'm old. I think "decent" doesn't mean what it use to anymore. Maybe I should pay more for less performance as well but that would be insane.

As for as DX11, seriously ignore all the ignorant comments on how you NEED DX11. You don't. What little is used in the games will drop your frame rate more than satisfy your eye candy needs. People just need to read up on the mass comparisons already done.
