Windows 2000 was telling me that some system files were replaced by an unknown version when I installed the DVD player that came with the ATI RADEON with VIVO card. Windows 2000 is asking me to place the original Windows 2000 CD so that it can reinstall the replaced files.
Should I let Windows to do that or should I cancel and ignore this error? After all, I'm trying to install the DVD player that came with the new card.
Has anyone encounter this message?
Any ideas?
Well, I ignore this warning but now when DVD Player starts, it gives an error saying it failed the ATI RAGE128 IDCT Authentication Driver. It refuses to play DVD.
