ATI Radeon AIW 9800 Tiny LOUD Fan

I just finished building my custom case and I finished moving all the parts from my old case into the custom case. Everything is beautiful and great, except for one thing. This time I was aiming to kill the sound and I did a real good job from my last case, except for the loudest noise and it's funny cause it comes from the tiniest fan. The ATI Radeon 9800 AIW, it has the loudest most annyoing fan. Before I couldn't hear it because my old case was so loud. Now my custom case is silent except for that fan. What the heck can I do to get rid of it???? it's so annoying! I could of slept better with the old case I had, this fan isn't even pleasant to hear. What can I Do To Replace the fan? Also I hear that the card is REAL HOT and a lot of those vga card coolers aren't good enough to keep the card cool. Anyone have any suggestions??? Thanks.

another vote for the arctic cooling silencer, i've got two and they're great.
i did need to mod mine a bit since the shim on the chip carrier was 0.010" above the silicon of the gpu. a little mill work and everything was fine.

Do you guys know how good it works with the 9800 AIW? Cause I was told not to switch the stock fan because it could overheat the card. I'll definaetly buy this thing if it quiets the thing up and keeps it cool.
