ATI Radeon 9500Pro Problems

Ok first off new to the forums want to say hello.

Here is my problem, I just got the game boiling point and whenever I go in to play I get a very pixeled image during movies and gameplay, I thought it could of been the game so when I went to play Battle for Middle earth and I get the same thing, what do you guys think will fix it? Also I went to ati's web site and got the newest drivers and got the same thing. Here is a pic.

Those black and white pixels start showing up more and more on different scenes mostly in the sky I noticed though.
 
Is your card overclocked? Not that I am blaming the drivers, especially if you're using ATI's, but you may want to try another set of drivers, like Omega's from Omega Corner.
 
does this happen all the time or only after a while of gaming? i suggest u try and reinstall all your drivers and try again.
 
My bro had this card in his comp for a while and it worked flawless, I had a geforce 2 in mine before I stuck it in. So I dont know.l
 
Although you've eliminated the drivers, it could still be a variety of things (insufficient power, system RAM incompatibility, etc.). What are your full system specs (mobo, PSU, ram maker and speed, etc.)? Oh, and welcome to the forums!
