ATI Radeon 7500 Mobility - Will it work with WinME?

I have this card with my Dell 8100 and WinXP Pro. While Dell offers drivers for WinXP, they do not for WinME/98 which I dual boot with XP Pro. ATI's site doesn't even list the 7500 Mobility under their drivers section...

Anyone know where I can find WinME drivers for this card? I tried the general drivers for 8500/7500/7200 AGP cards but they don't work...

I'm sure there are drivers available but I don't know where you might find them if Dell isnt supplying them.
Perhaps email ATi directly and ask?

You know how to modify the .inf file? You can copy the code from the Dell into the .inf into the latest Radeon drivers. The latest ones are better than the dell ones anyway. This is what I do with the Compaq Radeon Mobility based laptop I'm using.

Apex,

Do you think your trick would work with the RM7500 and Windows 2000?

I hate Dell... But not there products :)
I want to buy a couple of Inspiron 8100 with the RM7500 Video chip but they insist on selling it with Win XP.
I don't want it with Win XP, I want it with Windows 2000. :|
