The Link This is the retail version. This has the 5.5ns memory. Comes with all cables and software. I love this card. The 2d - 3d quality is tops. People are selling these for $160 used.

I've checked newegg.com's price for this card several times today and each time the price has been different. It has increased slowly during the day. IIRC, around 7:30am EDT the price for the retail version was around $155 and the OEM version was $150. Then around lunch time, the price of the retail version had increased to $159. Now, as of 7:45 EDT, the retail version is sitting at $161. Another interesting tidbit: last night before bed, the OEM price was actually a few bucks HIGHER than the retail box.

I've tried different browser sessions, ensuring that no cookies
exist; I've even tried different HTTP proxies at work (I work for a big multinational corp so we have firewall proxies spread throughout the world). I didn't notice any per-session "randomized" pricing like amazon.com tried a number of months ago. So newegg.com's pricing scheme is based on something else.

Perhaps newegg.com has implemented some sort of dynamic pricing based on supply and demand: as their stock dwindles, or as the number of orders increases, their price increases accordingly? Or maybe it's not a "scheme" at all. Maybe the price for this item is just volatile...

I've also kind of been keeping tabs on the KyroII card prices and the MSI and Leadtek GeForce II Pro cards. I've only seen these price fluctuations on the ATI Radeon 64MB cards. Interesting.

Anyway, it's something to keep in mind if you've got your eyes open for a bargain.

I wonder if the $40 rebate is still good? Where can we find the rebate form?

Just FYI fellas. The Radeon SE is out. Has 5n RAM and easily gets to 235/235 from what I hear (just got mine today and going to play with after the Laker crush the Sixers). Can get it from Radeon SE here

I didn't see anything in your link about Radeon SE. I heard that alot of the new Retail Radeons are coming with the faster 400mhz memory.

Sorry, not being too clear. It's not specifically labelled SE but it has 5ns RAM and overclocks to about 235/235 from what I'm told. If it smells like an SE and clocks like an SE, then it's gotta be an...

On a side note: Props to Iverson and the Sixers. Tough. They'll still go down, but not without a fight and a good series.

You can actually get it cheaper at Buy.com.

I just ordered mine earlier tonight. They have it for $164.95. Apply $15 off $150 coupon, plus the free shipping they have til midnight PDT tonight, gives you a total of $149.95 for a Retail Radeon 64 DDR VIVO.

If anybody's interested, you still have about an hour to get in on this one.

wow, good deals...

what do you guys think about a geforce card if i don't really need tv in (only need out)?..or should I still stick w/ radeon? ..to me, the radeon seems a bit more expensive than the geforce.

Whats the difference between the Radeon VIVO and the All in Wonder? I kind of like the idea of all those TIVO type features in the AIW.
