ATI Radeon 64 DDR vivo... Need Install Info

I just received an ATI Radeon 64 DDR VIVO card.. (used)

I didn't get the Install CD or users manual.

questions:
(I did find the drivers on ATI's site)

I was wondering:
1) what software is on the Set-Up CD?
2) Is the CD available on-line anywhere ?
3) Where can I get users guide?
4) Also, what is a good video capture software package?

I would suggest downloading the latest multimedia package and DVD player at ATI's website if you have the desire to use any of their stuff. I recently did this for my Rage 128 AIW (Win98SE) and some of the weird things I used to get have stopped. It has simple video capture software in the multimedia package that you can use. I had to do the sme thing recently for a client who had a Rage Fury Pro VIVO in his system and it wasn't playing DVDs right in WinMe. I downloaded the new driver, DVD player, and multimedia package and now it is running great. In order to install the DVD player, I think you need the number from the front of the installation CD.
