I think I accidentally unlocked this feature. I wasn't planning on overclocking my X850XT until maybe a few months from now. I just got it last week.

There was a warning message I think but I didn't get to read it. Can this be undone?
If so...how?

Also...what are the penalties for my unfortunate accident? Does this void my warranty?

What else happens as a result of this?
Please help.

It will not void your warranty, and it will not hurt anything. It wont raise the speeds much at all. If it bothers you, set it to stock speeds, and keep it there.

Whew...(sigh of relief)...lol.
Thanx a lot for the info.

Now that i know that....hmm....should i try to o/c it?
I don't know...I don't think i should though. What do you think?

Edit: I am an overclocker but I was just wondering if I should push this card just yet?

Honestly doesn't matter if you do it now or months down the line.

With the overdrive's limited overclocking capabilities, you really can't hurt it.

Just play with the settings, and if you see checker boarding, little white specs or other signs of corruption while gaming you've overclocked too much.
