ATI or Nvidia?

I am setting up a conroe system in the next month now that they are out. I wanted to add a nice but not extreme card to it.

I play BF2, Call of duty 2, and a couple other recent games. I will not be getting much more than that right now.

I have had my eyes on the eVGA 7900gt and like where the price is at around $250, my question is what else should I compare that too? I have looked for reviews that compare that card to others and I am not finding much. I have a Saphire x700 AGP card now that I am happy with, so maybe something from saphire?

You could get an X1900XT for $289 (if the rebate deal is still up). If that's off, then an X1800XT (if THAT deal's still up) if you don't plan on overclocking/voltmodding, and if you plan to overclock/voltmod, the 7900GT is your ticket.
