I've got the Ati MMC installed on my computer with my AIWRadeon 9800pro, I got this card since it came with a remote and I hoped to use it for an HTPC which has been very unsuccessful at that. It's been a frustrating battle with this computer (dell 8200) and I feel like giving up. I installed the latest everything with a fresh windows reinstall but everytime I try to work on it, its many hours wasted for nothing and it's been a frustrating experience. One problem I experience is that the remote crashes at times, S/PDIF out doesn't work how it should, and it just seems like a frustrating experience every time.


Anybody have had marginal success at ati's MMC? I don't believe I can use the other HTPC solutions with this AIW card so I've been stuck with this ATM. I really want to get this working in time for March Madness.
 
ATI software SUX! Try to stay away from it... Why don't you think other software will work? I'm almost positive it will work with just about any mainstream software packages.... Beyond TV is the best IMO but expensive..
