ATi mobility x300 vs. Mobility 9600

I know this is old, but how does the X300 compare to the older 9600? This is in comparing 2 laptops. I know either will play the old skool medal of honor allied assault. That is the only game I ever play and maybe HL2.
 
X300 is a touch slowe than the X1300 ya? If so, I would say the X300 would be better than the 9600, but either should be within a few frames of each other.
 
Excellent. Thanks guys. Its purly amazing how far graphics has moved since the days of the "top of the line" 9800 series. I searched high and low for the 9600 equipped laptop. Back then there was only one model better and that was the 9700 in the voodo line of laptops.
