ATI LCD Overdrive!?

I believe it's ATI's tech to overdrive LCD panels for faster response times. However such technology is usually integrated in to the LCD's own controller for some very good reasons, you shouldn't be activating it on the card.
 
It doesn't work all that well, but it's mainly for laptops that don't as often have response time acceleration like desktop LCDs.
