ATI HDTV

It may not work with your video card.

Go to ATI.com and downloaded the latest HDTV drivers and software (January release) and see if that works.
 
If you're just getting stuttering, it might be more an issue of OTA HDTV reception, rather than a hardware / software problem.

 
Friend of mine has it, set up with an antenna in the attic. He's outside Philly, and has a fair number of HD stations to tune. The picture quality blew me away when I first saw it. He also has an ATI video card, so maybe that advice is good too.
