You can use this to watch HDTV from air using an included antenna. This card does not have QAM. So, you cannot use it for HDTV through cable.

I wanted to get a Hauppage WinTV-PVR 150 to work with Orb but this is tempting too .....

Do you know how well this works with Orb?
- for just tv tuner operation (analog)
- for just tv tuner operation (digital)
- for possible recording (analog)
- for possible recording (digital)

It doesn't appear to have a hw encoder for analog like the 150, so I wonder if this will be good. The HD support is nice though, also looks like it comes with a HD antenna though where I live, that antenna isn't nearly good enough to pick up a signal 🙁

good deal, but I like my Dvico Fusion5 much better than my old ATI HDTV Wonder. Sometimes I think it's worth it to pay a little more, especially if you are trying to get the most out of your brand new expensive HDTV.
