ATI HDTV WONDER and VOOM?

Can I connect my VOOM set top box to an ATI HDTV WONDER in my computer and watch VOOM in high definition on my monitor?

There are no cards available than capture HD content other than OTA.

I had heard that Sony was going to release a capture card that could also accept a provider-specific CableCARD, which would decrypt your providers HD signals without a set-top box. I haven't heard anything about it in a while. I've only heard about the CableCARD-ready PVRs from Sony:
