Finally found some solid info on these cards. Expected release date is September 10.

- 320 SPs
- 128-bit memory bus (FirePro 3D V5700 review confirms this)
- 600MHz Core Clock, 256MB 667MHz GDDR3 (HD4650)
- 750MHz Core Clock, 512MB & 1024MB 900MHz GDDR3 (HD4670)

I really don't think they'll be 128-bit; that would be plain stupid (9600GT is 256-bit!!). 120 SP's would be just as stupid; I'm hoping no less than 200 SP's and 256-bit. GDDR2 on the cheaper cards perhaps, with GDDR3 on the top line of HD46xx's. Just guessing, of course. AMD kept everything under wraps about RV770, I'm thinking they're up to the same trick with RV730. Remember the 480 SP's? lol nevertheless, HD3850 performance out of a card with the power consumption of an HD3650? I'd get one...
