its because he's probably bsing his sig. he's fire400 has been notorious for making up hardware in his sig that he doesn't really have and has never shown a picture of his pc (or any pc) with the hardware in his signature.
Today, we analyze his sig:
Athlon FX 60 (2MB/2000FSB) @ 2.4 GHz
Wrong speed, and wrong FSB
Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe (s939)
Of course it's S939
SeaSonic M12 600w
Seasonic has an M series?
2GB Corsair XMS DDR-400 (PC3200) [2-2-2-3]
He might actually have this
Radeon X1900XTX 512mb GDDR-3 [x1]
[/b]There's a GDDR1 version?[/b]
-coreclock: 490 MHz -memoryclock: 1.1 GHz
So uh...wtf clock speeds? rofl
Fujitsu 73.5GB Ultra SCSI 15K RPM [x4] (LSI RAID 1+0)
Feasible, I suppose, but with what card?
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro
Possible
Plextor DVD-RW 16x SATA [x2]
Possible, but meh..most people don't need 2, and if they did, they wouldn't buy identical drives
"SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO DO THINGS BY YOURSELF"
Perhaps he should take his own tag line and apply it to himself
...is that Taco Bell I smell...?
I love it...
I don't work there anymore anyway, I wonder if you even have a job? Keep the thought, but don't say anything, 'cuz I don't kare where you work at anyway. shoe store, Friday's, Denny's, Target Corp, 3M, Sun Microsystems, Walmart - whatever and wherever and whenever, a job is a job.
Ingenuity is something else when it comes to experience, so before you try to downtalk someone about their job, look at yourself for a change.
Nitromullet and Ronin are pretty sleezy to post such stupid stuff.
CPU: FSB on the Athlon FX-60? Not quite, read up kids,
http://www.hypertransport.org/
Don't you guys feel stupid? Wrong clock, maybe I down clocked it to keep fan speeds super low? Maybe the FSB exists in a diff. CPU, but I think you should of said wrong Hyper Transport notification, but correct MHz? Yes, the A60 can achieve 2000 MHz of effective hyper transport. You must be referring to the 940 series, check up on the AMD.com website one more time and tell me I'm wrong about the s939 A60, and say it correctly?
Seasonic? M12? Modular cable support?
I might have this? They sell the XTX cards on newegg.com without hesitation.
The XTX card is a GDDR3 memory graphics card, why would you say GDDR1 exists on an XTX, it's got a number 3 behind it. 3rd party equipment allows you to adjust fan speeds if lower temperatures are present, signficantly in fact.
You can achieve 2-2-2-3 with DDR400 speeds, many downclock it, but there is a trick to keeping it stable. Do the research on how RAM works, and you might learn something.
Optical drives? I can put as many optical drives in my system as I want, upto the maximum space I have available for bays, to how many ports I can connect them to, onboard or daughter card specific for optical technology.
"Feasible, I suppose, but with what card?" -sez rite there, LSI? LSI is a company, FYI.
X-fi? It's an awesome card, what more can I say?
"Perhaps he should take his own tag line and apply it to himself" -too bad you can't figure out that even college students have money, whether they are broke or not, can find ways to do things whatever they see fit. oh, are you in middle school or high school?

Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe (s939)
why buy dual x16sli motherboard if you're only going to use 1 x 16x lane with your x1900xtx
SeaSonic M12 600w
(pics?)
2GB Corsair XMS DDR-400 (PC3200) [2-2-2-3]
(i'm pretty sure corsair xms memory is 200mhz @ 2-3-3-6 or 3-3-3-8, and not possible of 2-2-2-3)
Radeon X1900XTX 512mb GDDR-3 [x1]
-coreclock: 490 MHz -memoryclock: 1.1 GHz
(i'm pretty sure the core clock for the x1900xtx is 650mhz and the memory clock is 1.5ghz)
and theres no point in telling us your 2d clock speeds as they are the same for everyone)
HT, yeah, so what, I post whatever I want in my sig. If it bothers you that much, teach me about FSB versus HT?
http://www.hypertransport.org/
mobo: so what if someone had 3 PCI slots and only used 2?
"why not buy a motherboard with only 2 PCI slots?" -LOL, same reason, you have me fooled!
what if I took out an XTX or was going to get another XTX? how do you know that I did not have access to another one? they're more expensive, but that doesn't stop enthusiasts from doing things their way.
pics of an M12? glory for what, a forum, wonderful... you're in middle school again!
"get daddy's camera!" -newegg.com (search for M12) if you want a pix
XMS exists at 2-2-2-5, with the best of math, you can get it down to 2-2-2-3 with keeping the MHz at 400 effectively. Something someone like you could only dream of, "seeing is believing," isn't it?
"i'm pretty sure the core clock for the x1900xtx is 650mhz and the memory clock is 1.5ghz)

-There's something called software that let's you adjust your video card settings.
Same for everyone, my ass. Are you going to make me change my sig? Call your parents to schedule an appointment, have them worry about how you suck on this forum.
bottom line:
I'll run my systems whatever way I want, however I want to, and whenever I feel like doing so, with any tags I feel like putting on them. If you have a problem with anything pertaining to fire400, ignore it, lol~ otherwise you're free to post trash about me and my sig. if you look stupid in the process, blame in on your hardworking parents, lol^
anyway, bump for the tite ATI video! old or not, it is tite!!!
