ATI File Player Software

I have an ATI All-in-Wonder video card with a coax-in port

i can watch tv perfectly! When i try to record, it records the video fine, but when i play it back, i don't hear any sound. Is there an option that I am not seeing to include sound in the recording? Someone that has used it please lmk

is your audio out to your line in on sound card?
If it is and you still have no sound during recording, reinstalling your sound card drivers may fix the problem.

Also, make sure you have "line in" checked in the Recording control of the MS Mixer.

ahh now line in recording is a good idea. as i mentioned before, i can watch the live tv with no problem, sound works fine, so i know my sound card is ok and that i have the cables correct, but maybe i do have to switch the ms sound control panel to line in
i'll give that a try.
