ATI drivers question

Hello, everybody! I could resolve many issues I had with my Radeon card after updating to the latest Catalyst driver, now it runs smooth and glitch free (it's very surprising me, I thought it was an utter POS, but these were just bad drivers and now they're better), but there is one issue I got. The Catalyst 3.8 I downloaded and installed supports 24 languages and defaults to the region settings in my copy of WinXP which is English, and I'd like the drivers to talk to me in English, too, and not according to my regional settings.

My previous old driver was English only, and I'd like to have the English only version of the 3.8 driver. Any chance of getting it, and if it's possible, then where? I'd be very much obliged to you if you tell me, b/c I hate this 24 language localized crap b/c the translation is horrible, names for functions are ridiculous (such words don't even exist in the language I speak).

Please help!

I'm running an English (Pan-European) version of WinXP Pro, but my regional settings are set to Russian since I'm in Russia and need Cyrillic support, it works just fine. However, when I install latest ATI drivers, they default to Russian for tabs and messages b/c of my regional settings, and I'd like them to work in English just like the OS I'm using since the Russian translation of technology terms sucks (obviously, that technology didn't originate in Russia and it's impossible to adapt those graphics terms to the Russian language).

Does anyone know how I can force the 24-language driver to run in English mode in my case?

Thanks for any replies.
