ATI Driver Help

hey guys. ive got an msi ati 5750 and currently running the 10.8 catalyst driver. the ccc shws an msi logo etc.. windows update says theres an update available, and i saw the 10.11 was released. im new at this stuff..should i update. and how.. let windows update handle it, or download and run from ati site.. do i need to uninstall anything, or just run new driver...thanks for help, i dont wanna screw things up.
 
no real probs.. just didnt know if id get better performance etc...

oh.. also, im using the msi ccc prog.. would the ccc direct from ati be better
