Have you ever owned an ATi card? And if so, what happened to it that made you so bitter against the company?
It sold him the drugs that warped his fragile little mind. NAUGHTY ATI CARD, NAUGHTY.

Guys. The OP knows this isn't a cheat. That is not what this thread was created for. It was created to attempt to annoy others. No other reason. There will be more threads like this from the OP, and it would be very cool if nobody posted in them.

I used to get into countless wars in this forum, but somewhere along the line, I "grew up" and felt it was a very large waste of time. Don't try to corner the OP with logic, (Josh) because he is not interested in reality. Both camps make fine cards. It may take the OP a long time to realise this. One day, he will feel embarrassed about the way he acted and will have no choice but to grow up.

not everyone will follow your example ... some people love controversy . . . and being at the centre of 'attention'
do you think Rush Limbaugh will ever grow up?
:Q

in your case --good job btw! -- you posts have actually become more interesting.

.... and all the predictions [in this thread] that i would jump in or 'care' . . . well . . . i really don't .... my thoughts were covered by others
:)

I think you guys are mis-reading this. There are no dual-card scores here. What the comparison was of a single cards. One single X1950XTX vs a single X1950XTX Crossfire edition card.

So, the standard card fell back to 2xAA at 25x16 when set to 4xAA, but the single Crossfire edition card scored correctly at 25x16 and 4xAA.

Only difference in the cards is one is a standard, one is a Crossfire edition.

If this was a bug, wouldn't both cards fall back as they are essentially the same...

:cookie:...OMG I didn't even catch that. Thanks for pointing that out, now the such similar scores between his CF scores and the Single scores make sense, it's still only one GPU.

Must be a difference with the Master and slave cards then.

So what does this do when in crossfire mode? Will there still be a problem with the AA settings? Nice catch by the way.
