ATI Catalyst 7.12 Released

Interesting, from looking at the release notes it doesn't seem to include the Crysis hotfix, does anyone know if it does but wasn't put in the release notes?

Not sure if it does but it will be interesting to see all the fallout after this driver gets the once over with some in depth reviews.

Although I own an 3870, I am concerned about ATI's driver development process. It just IMHO has never seemed as quick to adjust & as polished at Nvidia's driver development process. I'm not talking about the drivers themselves more or less. The new Overdrive feature in the CCC is very nice though but ATI never seems to react, with respect to driver development, as quickly as it's main competitor. ATI has always produced very technically advanced hardware, it's just their drivers that seem to hold them back.

Still I love my 3870,
