The availability is debatable. You're right, there's lots of price gouging in the PCIe arena, but simply comparing MSRP to MSRP, I still think NV comes out better there.

You do have a point though that high end NV PCIe cards are as "available" as ATi's high end offerings.

Dont know if this will be helpful to most of you as your not in England.

But we do have X800XLs in stock with Powercolor.

The price of it converted in to US currncy is exactly $377.62

And the percentage of increase from the MSRP is 27%

The X850XT-PE, if you search the site has Connect3D, the companies own brand (straight from ATi in fact) and Powercolor (the PE is due in anytime soon)

And the MSRP is $549.99, and the cheapest XT-PE is £324.95 and the US currency is $613.82

Meaning the price gouging of that is 16%. So i say the company over here is getting good stock and is reasonable with its pricing also.

I dont know if you have to pay tax or what or how much it would even cost to ship it to the US from the UK, but i bet it could still beat any of the prices over there.

Just had a quick check of the international shipping cost, a big whopping $27.86! for the X800XL, and i bet that it would be the same for the X850XT-PE
