ATI AIW X800XT - no Overdrive Tab

I just got the ATI AIW X800XT and installed the latest drivers from ATI. I was reading about tweaks at tweakguides.com and noticed that I don't have an Overdrive Tab.

I'm using the ATI Control Center (as opposed to the Control Panel) but it looks like it would be on both. Did I mess up?

A little more info please. Why does the AIW not have it? What is the Radlinker do? Does it overide something in the ATI drivers?
I just purchased the same card and I noticed the lack of OD as well.
