Comes with nothing though. Bare card only. No VGA connector, only DVI though an adapter is like $5 or so if you only have a VGA connection available. Their status is used, which means it could really be used or a system pull so be aware/beware. Decent for a cheap home theater setup, I suppose.

EDIT: Listed specs: 64MB, S-video in/out, CATV connector, DVI only. Not sure if this model required a breakout box or not.

EDIT2: Old Tom's review here. Seems to show that it needs a breakout box though. Depending on if you're planning to use it with a TV or not, it might not be such a great deal if you have to get that stuff extra. 🙁

the usual 10% off coupon codes will work on this since it isn't a geek special. 😀

edit: you can probably use a DVI to VGA adapter on it to get VGA 15 pin.

No idea. They don't specifically say. I suppose it would be worth emailing them to find out before ordering.

EDIT: Not that they'll know either. 😀

Hmmm. If the pictures on their product page reflects the card they're shipping out, they're PAL units. Just look at the CATV connector.

That's doesn't mean it's PAL, it's just a quick F connector (removeable). The units may have been used with a satellite receiver or other non-cable application.
