Maybe, but it won't really help at all in most situations, and even if it does, it will only be at high resolutions which the 9600 Pro won't even be able to handle.

You are correct. Taking shipping into account, zipzoomfly.com is cheaper by $1.15. But since I live local and use will call I get it for $9.50 less.
Of course when I went to get one this weekend they were out of stock. They said more would be arriving today.
