ATI 9800np with Samsung Memory, same as 9800 PRO?

I must be the lucky one to actually purchase an ATI 9800np (at a local Best Buy in NJ) and actually get Samsung memory chips, now I need someone to tell me if this is the same memory as the 9800 PRO. This is what the memory saves:

SAMSUNG 319
K4026323RA-GC2A

Should I updated the BIOS or simply increase to Core and Memory speed to 9800 PRO specs? Thanks in advance.

That's the 2.8ns stuff.
You could probably get to Pro without flashing, you might be able to go farther past Pro with the BIOS (because of the extra voltage).
Of course if you don't flash, you avoid the risk of screwing something up.

Yep, that's the one. Pro-spec'ed memory and all. You should fly past 350MHz memory speeds, you lucky bastard !

Yes, that has the good 2.8ns Samsung memory. I'd flash to a 9800 Pro and then overclock the hell out of it to see where the sweet spot is! You got lucky.

I've got the same memory... I flashed and am running 400 core 350 memory. No problems at all.

Ive got 3.3ns ram and I can do 360mhz.
